About Astronar

Astronar is a free, non-commercial beta project for discovering public London events. It helps people find public events and lets signed-in members save, upvote, mark interest, comment and submit events for review. Contact the project at contact@w15interactive.com.

Astronar does not charge users or sell tickets. If that changes, we will update these terms before introducing paid features.

These terms apply to your use of Astronar. They do not replace the privacy information for the service, which is available in the Privacy notice.

Astronar is not the ticketing provider

Astronar is a directory and does not sell, issue or administer Luma tickets. Luma remains responsible for registration, payment, guest information and check-in for Luma events. An event organiser may also have its own rules. When you follow a Luma link or use a Luma embed, you enter a separate relationship with Luma and, where relevant, the organiser.

Accounts and community features

Keep your account details secure. Comments are public and appear with your account display name. If no display name has been supplied, the neutral name Astronar member is used. You are responsible for activity from your account where you have not told us about unauthorised use.

Do not use Astronar to post unlawful, misleading, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, deceptive or privacy-invasive content. Do not impersonate others, collect other people's data, interfere with the service, bypass access controls or manipulate engagement, rankings, submissions or moderation.

Your content and submissions

You keep ownership of content you submit. By submitting an event, claim, recommendation, comment or supporting material, you give Astronar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display and make it available only as needed to operate, present and moderate the service.

Submit only public event information that you are allowed to share. Event submissions are reviewed before publication. We may edit for clarity, request evidence, decline, remove, correct or archive a listing or contribution where reasonably needed for accuracy, safety, legality, the guide's standards or these terms.

Rankings and moderation

Raw upvotes may be displayed, but ranking is calculated from server-side information and qualified recent engagement. Ranking does not guarantee an event's quality, safety, availability or suitability. We may investigate unusual activity and exclude activity that undermines ranking integrity.

If you think a listing or contribution is inaccurate, unlawful or otherwise needs review, report it at contact@w15interactive.com. Reporting is not currently an in-product function.

Availability and event information

We aim to make Astronar useful and accurate, but event details can change and listings may contain errors or become unavailable. Check the organiser or Luma page before travelling, paying or relying on an event. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the guide, including community features, where reasonably necessary.

Intellectual property

Astronar's name, design, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not copy, scrape, republish, reverse engineer or use them beyond what the law permits without permission. This does not take away rights in content that belongs to you or to another rights holder.

Liability and your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights that apply to consumers. Subject to that, Astronar is not responsible for a third party's event, venue, organiser, Luma service, payment, ticket, cancellation, refund, injury, loss or decision. This does not affect any rights you may have against the relevant provider.

We may update these terms when the service changes or for legal, security or operational reasons. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@w15interactive.com.
